Business Intelligence Analyst - Tableau & Snowflake

Business Intelligence Analyst, Tableau and Snowflake (Remote, US Based) CMK Resources is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a leading storage company as part of a major transformation initiative. This role will play a key part in a migration from KeyedIn to ServiceNow, ensuring data is seamlessly integrated and accessible for reporting and analytics. This is a fully remote position based in the US, with up to 25% travel. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating ServiceNow data into existing BI frameworks, enabling accurate, standardized, and scalable reporting across both legacy KeyedIn data and new ServiceNow datasets. You will work closely with data, business, and platform teams to deliver dashboards and insights that support informed decision-making across the organization. What you will be doing: • Integrate ServiceNow data and tables into Snowflake to support enterprise reporting • Adapt and extend existing BI frameworks to incorporate both KeyedIn and ServiceNow data • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations • Partner directly with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend impactful dashboard solutions • Drive standardization across reporting and dashboard design to ensure consistency and usability • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and quality across all reporting layers • Support data validation and quality checks to maintain reliable analytics outputs • Enable leadership visibility into performance, trends, and transformation progress What we are looking for: • Strong experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field • Advanced Tableau expertise, including building complex, user-friendly dashboards and visualizations • Hands-on experience with Snowflake in an enterprise environment • Experience working with or quickly ramping up on ServiceNow reporting and data structures • Strong experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders • Background in data integration, data modeling, and reporting frameworks • Experience driving reporting standardization and best practices across teams • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights • Self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and problem-solve independently This is a high-impact role where you will help shape how the business views and uses data during a critical transformation, ensuring continuity while enabling more advanced analytics and standardized reporting moving forward.
