About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Business Systems Analyst to join a high-impact team focused on maintaining and improving data integrity across enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, enjoys working with data tools like Power BI, and is passionate about driving insights that lead to real business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support decision-making
• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to align on data priorities
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Support project management efforts and contribute to process optimization

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel
• Experience with supply chain data or operations
• Familiarity with project management principles
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with master data management (MDM)
• Exposure to enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Background in tech, logistics, or operations
