About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst who can independently perform ad hoc analyses and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large and complex data sets, has strong experience with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense), and can translate data into clear, meaningful information.
What You Will Be Doing
β’ Build, maintain, and clearly communicate detailed reporting, visualizations, and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
β’ Manage a centralized repository of reusable data visualization templates, dashboards, and views.
β’ Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and availability; build pipelines or perform ETL when needed.
β’ Gather, clean, consolidate, and productionize large data sets from multiple sources to support dashboards and broader analytics needs.
β’ Perform ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to support stakeholders and business initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
β’ Significant experience developing visualization solutions using modern BI tools; Tableau or Qlik Sense experience is preferred.
β’ Moderate proficiency in SQL with data warehouses (Databricks, Redshift, SparkSQL, Athena), including the ability to write segmentation and aggregation queries from scratch; high-level proficiency is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage a high workload and multiple responsibilities within strict deadlines.
β’ Ability to interpret business questions and translate them into data-driven analyses.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
β’ Comfortable working with new technologies and learning on the go.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline).
