Role description
DynPro Inc, has been engaged to find a talented Business Intelligence Analyst II to support a high-impact People Analytics team within a fast-growing tech environment.
To be eligible, consultants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis and not be Visa dependent.
What youβll be doing:
β’ Transform recurring, manual HR data requests into automated, unified self-service tools
β’ Design and deliver predictive insights around attrition, hiring trends, and workforce planning
β’ Work across multiple HR data sources to create clean, reliable datasets
β’ Partner with HR stakeholders to translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations
β’ Leverage Databricks extensively (Unity Catalog, AI/BI dashboards, Lakehouse environment)
What weβre looking for:
β’ Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
β’ Advanced SQL and Python or PySpark skills
β’ Experience working with HR / People / Workforce data
β’ Proven ability to automate reporting workflows and improve time-to-insight
β’ Strong stakeholder communication skills
