Position: BI Dashboard Developer
PR: $56.09
Duration: 18 month contract- 2 years (potential to convert perm)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Hybrid- 3 days onsite, 2 remote
Interview: 1 and done interview Monday

Must Haves:
β’ Tableau Development: End-to-end dashboard creation from data analysis to visualization.
β’ MicroStrategy: Ability to query backend data from Jira and Remedy.
β’ Jira: Experience extracting and integrating project/task data.
β’ Remedy: Skilled in ITSM data workflows.
β’ Financial Services Experience: Familiarity with enterprise reporting in regulated environments.
β’ SQL, Oracle, Alteryx: Strong data manipulation and integration skills.
β’ Python & R Scripting: For automation and advanced data transformation.
Plusses:
β’ Experience with ServiceNow integration and reporting.
β’ Prior experience working with Bank of America.
β’ Ability to pick up and enhance dashboards built by others.
β’ Strong communication skills to articulate technical work to non-technical stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior BI Dashboard Developer to support executive-level reporting initiatives within a large-scale financial services environment. This role focuses on building and optimizing enterprise dashboards for C-suite visibility, leveraging Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and scripting tools to transform raw data into strategic insights.
Youβll join a team that has already built visual prototypes in Tableau and is transitioning from spreadsheet-based mockups to live database integrations. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between design and data, ensuring dashboards are scalable, accurate, and optimized for performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
β’ Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards using data from spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise tools.
β’ Clean, consolidate, and transform raw data into actionable visualizations for senior leadership.
β’ Collaborate with development teams to connect Tableau dashboards to live database views.
β’ Optimize calculationsβdeciding whether to perform them in Tableau or at the database level.
β’ Leverage MicroStrategy to query Jira and Remedy data sources for integrated reporting.
β’ Validate dashboard accuracy and presentation quality for executive review.
β’ Work closely with internal stakeholders and consultants (e.g., Yash) to ensure dashboard readiness for web deployment.
β’ Spend approximately 90% of time in Tableau analyzing, structuring, and visualizing data.
