Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer Contract: 12+ Months Location: Mostly virtual, but the candidate must be within commuting distance of downtown Phoenix for occasional onsite/local visits as required. Our mission is to impact communities for good. In this position we are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer for our CLIENT to join the team. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to support organizational decision-making and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. • Integrate and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accurate reporting and streamlined business processes. • Utilize Sensei IQ to manage project portfolio data fields, create reports to track performance metrics, and support strategic initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. • Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all platforms. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 2-1/2 years of proven experience with Power BI as an administrator, including data modeling and advanced visualization techniques. • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) for data extraction, integration, report creation, and analysis. • Minimum 1-1/2 years of administrator expertise in Sensei IQ for project and portfolio management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team MGT is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
