About the Role
We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design and optimize data pipelines and reporting solutions. This role focuses on integrating Oracle Fusion datasets into BigQuery and creating interactive reporting in Looker. You will play a key role in enabling business users to access accurate, timely insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from Oracle Fusion into BigQuery.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance within BigQuery.
• Develop Looker Explores and dashboards using LookML for business reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Optimize queries and data models for scalability and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion datasets and schema understanding (including finance pipeline, EPM, PPM, and Kuali for sponsored grants).
• Strong knowledge of BigQuery and SQL.
• Proficiency in Looker development (LookML, Explores, dashboards).
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.

Compensation:
$45/hr to $60/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
