Role description
β’ Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including configuration, integration, and testing across business units.
β’ Collaborate with functional teams to map business processes and design optimized S/4HANA solutions.
β’ Utilize SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, and SAP HANA capabilities for performance tuning and real-time data reporting.
β’ Manage data migration from legacy systems using SAP Data Services and SAP Migration Cockpit.
β’ Apply SAP Activate methodology to plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
β’ Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, and IT) to ensure seamless system integration.
β’ Identify and resolve implementation challenges through root cause analysis and system debugging.
β’ Support change management activities to transition teams from legacy platforms to S/4HANA processes and interfaces.
β’ Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.
β’ Stay updated with evolving SAP trends such as RPA, AI/ML integration, and cloud-based S/4HANA advancements.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Production, or Operations).
β’ 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation or SAP S/4HANA projects.
β’ Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and configuration (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
β’ Strong understanding of SAP integration tools, data migration processes, and Fiori UI.
β’ Experience using SAP Activate or Agile project methodologies.
β’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Ability to translate technical details into business language for non-technical stakeholders
