SAP S4 Implementation Engineer ( No C2C )

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including configuration, integration, and testing across business units. • Collaborate with functional teams to map business processes and design optimized S/4HANA solutions. • Utilize SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, and SAP HANA capabilities for performance tuning and real-time data reporting. • Manage data migration from legacy systems using SAP Data Services and SAP Migration Cockpit. • Apply SAP Activate methodology to plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, and IT) to ensure seamless system integration. • Identify and resolve implementation challenges through root cause analysis and system debugging. • Support change management activities to transition teams from legacy platforms to S/4HANA processes and interfaces. • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption. • Stay updated with evolving SAP trends such as RPA, AI/ML integration, and cloud-based S/4HANA advancements. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Production, or Operations). • 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation or SAP S/4HANA projects. • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and configuration (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.). • Strong understanding of SAP integration tools, data migration processes, and Fiori UI. • Experience using SAP Activate or Agile project methodologies. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to translate technical details into business language for non-technical stakeholders
