Job Details • BI Developer 3 (Contract) • Location: Lehi UT, 84043 (Hybrid) • Duration: 6/01/2026 to 9/30/2026 • Team: CSS BCDD Finance Sys Job Description • This individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining reporting solutions, developing scalable data models, automating data workflows, and partnering directly with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI • Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments • Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flows • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions • Scope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely manner • Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-making • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions • Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams • Document processes, data models, and reporting standards Required Qualifications • Strong experience with Power BI dashboard and report development • Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL skills • Experience building and optimizing data models • Hands-on ETL development experience • Experience working within Databricks environments • Strong data visualization and business intelligence background • Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into business insights • Ability to gather requirements directly from stakeholders and deliver reporting solutions independently • Python experience preferred • Experience with Tableau is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted Compensation • Pay Rate: Up to $56.34per hour Requisition ID: 37186379
