Closing date: 28 November (11.59pm) Interview dates: TBA Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 per annum per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working approach) Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday The Role We’re looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to deliver innovative BI solutions that empower colleagues with actionable data and clear insights. You’ll design, build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations – primarily in Power BI – that support performance measurement and strategic decision-making across the GPhC. You’ll work collaboratively with teams across IT, Data & Research, and wider business functions to enhance our BI infrastructure, optimise data accuracy, and strengthen our evidence-based culture. This is a hands-on technical role that also provides opportunities to influence system design, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the future of data at GPhC. In addition, the GPhC will conduct Fitness to Practise (FtP) checks for any applicant who is currently, or has previously been, a registrant of the GPhC. The successful applicant will: • Develop and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards, reports and data models using advanced DAX and SQL. • Ensure our BI solutions are accurate, efficient, and aligned with organisational priorities. • Champion best practice in data visualisation and data governance. • Collaborate across teams to improve how data is used, shared, and understood. • Support and, when required, lead on BI initiatives, managing small projects or workstreams. • Stay current with emerging BI tools, trends, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement. • Have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
