Power BI Reporting Analyst (Remote | Data Visualization & Automation)
About the Role
β’ Weβre looking for a Power BI Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and data solutions that empower better business decisions. Youβll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into interactive reports and visualizations that reveal trends, performance metrics, and actionable insights.
β’ This role is perfect for someone who loves uncovering stories hidden in data and is passionate about automation, analytics, and continuous improvement in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports across multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, Azure, APIs).
β’ Build and optimize data models to ensure fast, reliable, and scalable reporting.
β’ Create DAX measures and calculations for business KPIs and performance tracking.
β’ Automate recurring reports and workflows using Power Automate, Python, or Azure Data Factory.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements, design dashboards, and ensure accuracy.
β’ Maintain data governance, report documentation, and version control (Git / DevOps).
β’ Stay up to date with emerging trends in BI, analytics, and visualization best practices.
Qualifications
Required
β’ 2-3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally with Power BI.
β’ Strong proficiency with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices.
β’ Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, or data warehouses (Azure Synapse, BigQuery, etc.).
β’ Understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling with data.
β’ Strong analytical,
β’ , problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in distributed teams.

Preferred
β’ Experience with Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, or Python scripting.
