Minimum Requirement Consultants proficient in the Epic EHR system. Consultants must have appropriate certification (for example if using Epic’s Tapestry module, will be certified by Epic that they current in that certification for the activities we are requesting) and preferably five or more years of experience with the Epic system or the systems they will support at Contra Costa Health (CCH). • At least one active related Epic certification in a Reporting or related Application module • At least 2 years of experience working with an integrated health system (health plan plus provider) • At least 2 years of experience with Government Healthcare of at least 50% (Medicaid, Medicare, Public Hospital System, etc.) • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft PowerBI and/or Qlik Sense Responsibilities • Create and optimize data warehouses and BI solutions • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Qlik Sense • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data regulations • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements • Provide technical guidance and support for BI best practices
