Role description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer/Epic Reporting Analyst to join their team. This role requires strong Epic Reporting expertise, advanced SQL skills, and the ability to work closely with senior executives in finance and business functions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Epic Revenue Cycle and financial reporting, along with relevant Epic certifications. This is a fully remote position.
Business Intelligence Developer/Epic Reporting Analystβs Responsibilities and Duties:
β’ Develop, maintain, and optimize Epic-based financial and revenue cycle reporting solutions.
β’ Collaborate with senior finance executives and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
β’ Leverage SQL and BI tools to create and enhance reports, dashboards, and data models.
β’ Translate complex data into clear, meaningful reports that support business decision-making.
β’ Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all reporting deliverables.
β’ Provide subject matter expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle and Finance reporting.
Business Intelligence Developer/Epic Reporting Analystβs Qualifications and Skills:
β’ At least 5 years of experience with Epic Reporting in Revenue Cycle and Finance domains.
β’ Strong SQL skills and advanced data analytics capabilities.
β’ Epic Certification(s) in Clarity, Caboodle, and/or Revenue Cycle (all 3 preferred, at least 1 required).
β’ Proven ability to interact with and present to senior executives and business leaders.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
