Business Intelligence / Tableau Developer Location: Remote / WFH (EST Time Zone) Duration: 6-12 months+ Renewable Contract Rate: $45.00 - $50.00/hr W2 + Health, Dental, Vision and 401k Benefits Bright Minds is searching for a talented Tableau Developer to join our global banking client's analytics team, where data drives strategic financial decisions across the enterprise. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards and reports that deliver meaningful insights to business leaders and stakeholders worldwide. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand key objectives, translate complex data into intuitive visualizations, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs. Beyond building dashboards, you’ll optimize performance for seamless user experiences, support ad hoc analytical requests, and document data logic and sources for transparency and scalability. Staying ahead of the curve, you’ll leverage the latest Tableau features and best practices to continually elevate the firm’s reporting and decision-making capabilities. Requirements for the Business Intelligence / Tableau Developer: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field (preferred) • Proven experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Experience with data governance and compliance reporting. • Exposure to other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.
