We’re looking for a Tableau Developer to join our dynamic Cardiology Sales Operations team! If you have a passion for data visualization and enjoy turning business requirements into actionable insights, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that drive actionable insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Marketing, IT) to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant data delivery. • Translate business requirements into clear reports for analysis, while developing and maintaining data models and Tableau data extracts. • Troubleshoot and enhance existing dashboards, providing ongoing support and training to end users. • Analyze data to identify trends, validate accuracy, and ensure the optimal performance of dashboards. What We’re Looking For: • 3-5 years of experience with a BA, or 1-3 years with an MBA. • Hands-on Tableau development experience (preferred). • Medical industry experience and/or Sales Operations experience is a big plus. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and optimize user experience.
