Business Analyst 3(Senior BI Developer / Data Analyst) Plano, TX (Fully Onsite) 12 months β€’ β€’ β€’ bilingual English + Spanish or Korean language requirement Position Summary: β€’ The Senior BI Developer/Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence (BI) solutions and data analytics to support strategic decision-making. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The role involves collaborating with various departments to align business objectives, standardize reporting, improve efficiency, and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Able to extract valuable insights and create informative dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for different levels of management by utilizing advanced data analysis tools and visualization software such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau. β€’ Responsible for gathering and organizing data from various sources, including both internal and external databases. β€’ Optimize existing BI solutions for performance and scalability. β€’ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other essential business metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. β€’ Conducts thorough analyses of the company's current performance, market trends, and industry benchmarks. β€’ Provide valuable inputs for strategic planning and decision-making processes. β€’ Offer insightful recommendations for potential business opportunities and cost-saving measures, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and efficient. β€’ Facilitate seamless coordination and alignment among different departments by fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication. β€’ Identifying areas where business operations can be improved by leveraging their expertise in data analytics and process optimization. β€’ Propose innovative solutions and implement appropriate tools and systems to enhance productivity and streamline reporting procedures. β€’ Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and data interpretation. Qualifications: β€’ 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data modeling/analysis, or a similar role. β€’ Bachelor’s degree Data Analytics, Statistics, CS, BA, or related field. Necessary Knowledge/Skills β€’ Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for dashboard development (such as Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Excel) is essential. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities, are crucial for success in this position. Attention to detail and high organizational skills are equally important. β€’ Analytical thinking, strategic planning, collaboration and teamwork, results-oriented mindset, adaptability to change. β€’ Familiarity with statistical testing, modeling, forecasting, and project management principles is beneficial. Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous.
