Become a Key Player as a BI Developer
As a BI Developer, you will partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities for optimization. You’ll apply data-driven methodologies to build solutions, support strategic initiatives, and guide decision-making through clear visualizations and analysis. This is a staffing contract covering a Leave of Absence from November 15, 2025 through July 14, 2026, based in Austin, TX.

• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify key business challenges and optimization opportunities.
• Apply data-driven methodologies to develop impactful solutions, support strategic initiatives, and guide decision-making.
• Design and build dynamic, user-friendly data visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
• Maintain data quality and integrity through robust validation and cleansing processes.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Azure KQL; hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Proven experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
