We’re seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Report/Documentation Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced transformation initiative. Your work will bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, ensuring timely and accurate requirement documentation, stakeholder engagement, and insightful reporting that drives strategic decisions. Top skills: Power Bi, Alfa/Alfa ODS, Report, Dashboards, SAS, etc What You'll Do: • Own the end-to-end documentation process for requirements within the Spark Ambassador Program. • Collaborate closely with business users to gather, track, and ensure the timely submission of forms and requirement details. • Develop and maintain clear, informative, and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI and SAS. • Translate complex data into actionable insights using the right chart types and visualizations. • Analyze data sets and understand source-to-target mappings to support accurate reporting. • Create and maintain both technical and non-technical documentation, ensuring alignment with governance standards. • Partner with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers, and project leads. • Continuously improve reporting processes and contribute to modernization best practices. Desired Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Report Analyst, Documentation Analyst, or Business/Data Analyst in transformation projects. • Strong knowledge of Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, visualizations). • Experience working with SAS Enterprise Guide is a plus. • Experience with Alfa and Alfa ODS is a strong advantage. • Strong understanding of data mapping, documentation workflows, and requirement gathering. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Highly self-motivated and organized, with a passion for data and modernization.
