This role demands a proactive professional capable of architecting and executing strategic improvement plans, leveraging large-scale datasets to advance our SnS business functions. The ideal candidate will collaborate across categories, technology, and operations, fostering impactful partnerships while promoting scalable business solutions. Key Responsibilities • Holistically architecting an end-to-end BI landscape that activates reporting, analysis & insights for the SnS business that includes building and harvesting datasets, data pipelines, ETL, application of custom logic, data visualization & story-telling to drive the business forward. • Develop new reporting tools for business reviews and strategize on emerging efforts. • Enhance auditing tools to pinpoint and address gaps in technology systems, fostering new capabilities for operational leverage. • Create insights-oriented visualization tools using Quicksight or Tableau to improve workflows for various internal teams. • Drive scalable execution through data-driven insights, challenging existing processes and introducing cost-effective improvements. Must-Have Skills • Expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau/Quicksight • Experience with AWS Cloud services like Redshift • Strong experience with Datasets, Data Pipelines, ETL and Data Visualization Industry Experience Required: • Experience in data analytics within a large, complex organization is preferred. Prior experience within e-commerce or subscription services is highly advantageous.
