In this role, you'll focus on building data pipelines, designing insightful dashboards, and leading cutting-edge experimentation to enhance user experience. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, with a potential for project extension. Key Responsibilities: • Build robust data pipelines to support business metrics, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Design and implement dashboards that translate complex datasets into business-friendly insights. • Lead and execute experimentation projects to improve overall customer experience. • Analyze data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive strategic business decisions. • Collaborate with internal teams to set quarterly goals, manage priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in SQL and dashboard creation tools. • Experience in Data Visualization using Tableau or Quicksight • Focusing on building data pipelines to build business metrics to understand how they are performing with acquisition, engagement, and retention Industry Experience: Previous experience in the music streaming or digital entertainment industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.
