Role description
We’re looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable Looker dashboards and reporting experiences for both internal teams and external publishers. This is a project-based role focused on improving data quality, usability, and reporting consistency. Please do not apply if you do not have hands on Looker experience. What You’ll Do β€’ Build dashboards in Looker for internal and external stakeholders β€’ Develop LookML models and write SQL β€’ Gather requirements and turn them into scalable reporting solutions β€’ Standardize metrics and reporting definitions β€’ Improve data trust, usability, and adoption β€’ Support publisher-facing analytics experiences β€’ Investigate discrepancies and improve reporting quality What We’re Looking For β€’ Strong Looker and LookML experience β€’ Advanced SQL β€’ BI/dashboard design expertise & data presentation skills β€’ Experience translating business needs into reporting solutions β€’ Experience with data modeling and metric governance Nice to Have β€’ Experience with external/client-facing reporting β€’ Adtech, digital media, SaaS, or publisher analytics experience β€’ Financial/revenue analytics background β€’ Experience with dashboard governance and training What Success Looks Like β€’ Internal stakeholders trust and adopt Looker β€’ Dashboards become easier to use and more consistent β€’ Publisher-facing reporting is clear, scalable, and reliable β€’ Reporting requests become faster to deliver and easier to maintain
