Role description
Role: BI Lead Engineer Location: San Diego, CA Duration: Long term Contract Pay Range: $70-80/hr. Roles and Responsibilities: β€’ The Business Intelligence Lead will take ownership of all non-financial data used to create the metrics needed to make Mitchell1 a data-driven business. β€’ The Associate will be chartered with defining and executing an enterprise data and business intelligence strategy. This includes BI solutions & Data Warehouse implementation, data access and dashboard creation in a partnership with business and IT stakeholders. β€’ Take senior investigative and architectural role in key Business Intelligence projects. Develop and execute development plans as a senior individual contributor. β€’ Collaborate with the key stakeholders to develop the BI (Business Intelligence) processes, strategy and analytics roadmap for Mitchell1. β€’ Partner with data owners to understand business requirements and common reporting/analysis use cases β€’ Provide hands-on support to provision data from a variety of internal sources. β€’ Build reporting and meta-data models to support strategic data initiatives. β€’ Promote and facilitate the development of self-service capabilities for the business in the access and reporting of data. β€’ Other projects and assignments as needed, requested by direct supervisor and/or Executive Team. Must Have β€’ 7+ years industry experience. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 10+ years work experience β€’ Strong technical knowledge.
