Responsibilities
β’ Analyze and evaluate program features and marketing content to gauge customer engagement and retention.
β’ Conduct statistical testing, including A/B and multivariate experiments, to inform decision-making.
β’ Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports on program performance.
β’ Address ad hoc requests to investigate critical aspects of customer behavior and trends.
β’ Utilize data mining and model building techniques to identify significant trends within the customer base.
β’ Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions to drive business growth.
Skills
β’ Proven experience with large-scale, complex datasets and a strong analytical mindset.
β’ Proficiency in SQL and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytical plans.
β’ Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience with SAS and a background in statistics, programming, or marketing.
β’ Advanced degree in math, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
