Business Intelligence Manager (P&C Domain)

Business Intelligence Manager Location - Sarasota, FL – Hybrid Role Summary: Lead and oversee the IT Application Services function for Data Governance, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting. This role manages the full project lifecycle (initiation, development, testing, deployment, support) for the assigned team, ensuring compliance with the Project Life Cycle and maintaining strong collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Manage IT services for Data Governance, Data Warehouse, and BI Reporting applications. • Direct all team projects from analysis through production support. • Ensure data integrity, policy compliance, and adherence to production system SLAs. • Maintain and develop program documentation (flow charts, test cases). Qualifications (Minimum Requirements): • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent relevant experience). • 6+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. • Strong technical knowledge of Data Warehouse ETL, SQL, and BI reporting. • Experience with Data Lake/Lakehouse and supporting custom/third-party applications (e.g., system integrations, interdependencies). • Solid working knowledge of the P&C insurance business and terminology. • Expertise with multiple operating systems, databases, and tools (specifically Duck Creek). • Proven leadership, team vision, analytical, and excellent communication skills Thanks, Saurabh Mishra | VBeyond Corporation Direct Number 908-633-2106 Note: VBeyond is fully committed to Diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity.
