Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Platform Manager to oversee the administration, governance, and strategic direction of our enterprise BI and Snowflake platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure platform scalability, efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives across reporting and data warehousing initiatives. This role requires a strong background in governance, release management, and BI tool integration within a modern cloud data ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Lead governance of BI and Snowflake platforms, including access management, data security, and compliance. • Establish and enforce platform processes, standards, and best practices in collaboration with leadership. • Manage release cycles, including deployment, monitoring, and rollback strategies. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure platform readiness for new business and technical initiatives. • Drive standardization and integration across BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Snowflake. • Provide documentation, guidelines, and governance procedures to support business adoption and compliance. Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in data platform management, BI, or enterprise data ecosystems. • Proven expertise with Snowflake, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and cloud-native data platforms. • Strong track record in governance, access control, and release/change management. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Experience building governance processes, procedures, and platform best practices.
