Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Business Intelligence & Marketing Analyst to deliver actionable insights that drive marketing performance and business growth. This role focuses on campaign analytics, dashboarding, and advanced data analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
β’ Analyze marketing campaigns and deliver 360Β° performance insights and recommendations
β’ Track KPIs, identify performance gaps, and optimize campaign effectiveness
β’ Perform advanced analytics (segmentation, A/B testing, forecasting, modeling)
β’ Translate complex data into clear insights and executive-ready presentations
β’ Write SQL queries, process large datasets, and integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, etc.)
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and governance
β’ Automate reporting and improve analytics efficiency
β’ Support strategic planning through forecasting and scenario analysis
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
β’ 5+ years of experience in business or marketing analytics
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and Power BI/Tableau
β’ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
β’ Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks
β’ Experience with Git/version control
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Masterβs degree in a related field
β’ Experience with marketing analytics, KPIs, and campaign tracking
β’ Strong background in A/B testing and statistical analysis
β’ Experience with report automation and self-service analytics
β’ Knowledge of data governance, privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and security best practices
