Role description
Our client, a leading organization in enterprise resource planning systems, is seeking a dedicated Senior Oracle Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Oracle Engineer, you will be an integral part of the IT department supporting the Oracle Financials applications and related systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Senior Oracle Engineer Location: Seattle, WA Pay Range: $65-70/hr on w2 What's the Job? - Develop and support solutions within Oracle Financial Applications R12, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Design solutions to automate financial processes, handling large data volumes and complex business transactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide technical and functional decisions related to Oracle ERP systems. - Build and maintain complex web services around Oracle Financials, utilizing data modeling and analysis skills. - Lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What's Needed? - Minimum of 4+ years of experience working with Oracle Financials, supporting applications such as General Ledger and Accounts Receivable. - Proficiency in Oracle ERP architecture, RICE components, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and SQL/PLSQL. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Strong data modeling, data analysis, and performance optimization skills. - Experience in building scalable, high-performance software solutions in complex, distributed environments.
