Technology and Innovation - OneStream Managed Services

Riveron is looking for a OneStream Administrator to join our Technology and Innovation practice. The OneStream Administrator supports the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the OneStream CPM platform. This role partners closely with Accounting, Finance, and IT to support GAAP-based financial reporting, ensure system stability, data accuracy, and timely resolution of application issues. The ideal candidate has hands-on OneStream experience, a working knowledge of GAAP reporting, and is looking to deepen technical and functional expertise within a financial systems environment. Who You Are • 2+ years of hands-on OneStream experience in an administrator, analyst, or support role • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • Working knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and consolidation concepts • Experience supporting financial systems through a ticketing or application support model • Familiarity with data integrations, transformation rules, and reconciliation process • Experience supporting GAAP consolidations, eliminations, and intercompany accounting in OneStream • OneStream Administrator or related certification • Exposure to OneStream calculations, business rules, and reporting components What You'll Do • Serve as a primary point of contact for OneStream-related support requests through the organization's ticketing system • Triage, analyze, and resolve user issues related to data loads, reports, dashboards, workflows, and security • Support GAAP reporting by resolving issues impacting financial statements and management reporting • Escalate complex issues to senior administrators or external consultants as needed • Track issues through resolution and communicate status clearly to stakeholders • Administer and support OneStream applications, including dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, and security • Assist with user access, roles, and profiles to support GAAP reporting requirements • Support chart of accounts, legal entity structures, and reporting rollups used for external and management reporting • Monitor application performance and assist with optimization efforts • Support and troubleshoot data loads from ERPs and other source systems into OneStream • Analyze and resolve data load, mapping, and transformation issues • Participate in testing of enhancements, new builds, and patches in non-production environments About Riveron At Riveron, we partner with clients—from global multinationals to high-growth private entities—to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
