Business Intelligence Senior Associate

Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Associate Location: Dearborn, Michigan Job Type: W2 Contract Expected hours per week: 40 hours Schedule: Hybrid 4 days onsite / 1 day remote Pay Range: $40-45 an hour Job Description This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable analytics and business intelligence solutions that enable data?driven decision?making. The individual partners closely with business and technical teams to define metrics, build dashboards, and perform deep?dive analyses using modern BI, cloud, and data tools. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and hands?on experience with data modeling, visualization, and cloud-based analytics platforms. Key Responsibilities / Tasks • Design, build, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik, or similar BI tools • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytics solutions • Perform data analysis, validation, and optimization using SQL (preferably BigQuery), Python, or R • Develop and document data models, metrics, and KPI definitions to ensure consistency and adoption • Conduct deep?dive analyses to identify business insights, issues, and improvement opportunities • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Management teams to improve data quality and usability • Support cloud-based analytics solutions on GCP, including cost?effective data operations and pipelines • Implement quality checks, error handling, and peer reviews to ensure accurate and reliable analytics • Propose enhancements to existing analytics, reports, and processes using automation or AI where appropriate Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO & 401K #INDOEM
