Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Title: Business AI Program Support (Contract) Location: San Francisco, CA - Hybrid Duration: 6 months+ Looking for candidates with fintech experience—digital payments, card networks, or financial platforms—who can translate complex financial data into dashboards and visual insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. Experience building AI agents or automation workflows using LLMs, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or similar tools. Strong cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to drive initiatives and deliver actionable business solutions. Summary: • Help drive business projects, build AI solutions, and create dashboards to support Sales Operations and Business Planning. Use AI tools to automate workflows, analyze data, and provide insights to guide decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Manage business projects and Sales Ops initiatives from start to finish • Build AI agents and automation workflows (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, etc.) • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports • Analyze data to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making • Work with teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable solutions • Communicate progress and align teams across projects Required Skills: • Program or project management experience • Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modeling) • Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, and automation • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and stakeholder management Preferred Skills: • SQL, Python, or API knowledge • Familiarity with Azure data tools • Experience in Sales Ops, Business Planning, or RevOps Nice to Have: • Knowledge of n8n or other workflow routing tools • Broader Power Platform experience • Prior experience improving productivity via AI agents
