Start Date: Immediate Job Description: Position Overview We're seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to support its Planning and Automation team. This role focuses on building automation and AI-driven solutions that improve workflows for Merchant, Buying, and Financial Planning teams. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions while working closely with end users and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Partner with Merchant, Buying, and Planning teams to understand business workflows and operational challenges. • Design, develop, and deploy automation tools and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making. • Translate business requirements into scalable analytical and technical solutions. • Analyze business data to identify process improvements and measurable outcomes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions. • Support the organization’s automation and AI roadmap initiatives. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, automation, or data-driven solution development. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. • Experience working in business-focused analytics environments or consulting. • Ability to understand business problems and translate them into technical or analytical solutions. • Exposure to modern AI tools and automation technologies. Preferred Qualifications • Experience designing or implementing AI-based workflow automation solutions. • Experience working with large stakeholder groups and end users. • Strong problem-solving and business outcome-focused mindset. • Experience working across multiple teams or organizations.
