Business Intelligence Specialist

Location: Hybrid – San Bruno or Remote Experience: 3+ Years We are looking for a Data & BI Consultant with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in modern data visualization and data warehousing tools. This role is ideal for someone who can translate business requirements into actionable insights and build scalable reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau (primary tool) • Write complex queries and optimize data pipelines using SQL • Work with large datasets in Google BigQuery to enable efficient analytics • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting systems • Support ad-hoc analysis and data-driven decision-making Required Skills • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence roles • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau • Solid expertise in SQL • Experience working with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Nice to Have • Experience with Microsoft Power BI • Exposure to Looker • Experience working in cloud environments (GCP preferred) • Understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts What We’re Looking For • Self-driven individual who can work independently or in a hybrid setup • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams • Ability to deliver insights that drive business decisions
