Role description
Key Responsibilities
✔ Administer Tableau Cloud sites, users, groups, permissions, and security
✔ Monitor platform health, extract refreshes, subscriptions, and scheduled jobs
✔ Troubleshoot Tableau performance, connectivity, and reporting issues
✔ Support Azure SQL Database environments and reporting data validation
✔ Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines
✔ Deploy and promote reports across Dev, Test, and Production environments
✔ Support MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) integrations impacting reporting platforms
✔ Collaborate with development, integration, and business teams during incident resolution
Required Skills
✅ 5+ years of Tableau Administration and Support experience
✅ Strong SQL/T-SQL skills with Azure SQL Database or similar RDBMS
✅ Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics platforms
✅ Salesforce administration/data model knowledge (objects, fields, relationships, permissions, roles, profiles)
✅ Experience with user access management and platform governance
✅ Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
