Title: Business Operations Senior Analyst – Power BI & AI Automation Location: Greater Plainsboro Area, NJ (Hybrid, onsite preferred) Employment Type: Contract Status: Accepting Candidates About the role We are seeking a Business Operations Senior Analyst to support operational efficiency, reporting automation, and data-driven decision-making across a complex operational environment. This role partners with cross-functional business leaders to improve processes, enhance compliance reporting, and deliver actionable insights through Power BI, AI tools, and automation technologies. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations • Leverage AI tools and Power Automate to streamline operational processes and reporting • Analyze operational, financial, safety, and sustainability data to generate business insights • Support audit readiness, governance, and compliance reporting initiatives • Collaborate with Fleet, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and operational leadership teams • Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives through analytics and automation Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in operational analytics, business analysis, or related analytical roles • Strong expertise with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX • Experience utilizing AI tools or advanced analytics for automation and decision support • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Operations, or related field
