We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Operations Specialist to support our project and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth execution of non-IT projects. You’ll play a critical role in managing contracts, budgets, and business processes—bridging the gap between administrative support and strategic project execution. Key Responsibilities • Review and approve contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements. • Approve project structures and work breakdowns to ensure alignment with goals. • Oversee documentation of business processes and ensure compliance. • Monitor project budgets and expenditures; identify and resolve potential overruns. • Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and external partners to support planning and execution. • Prepare sub-agreements and review sub-consultant invoices for accuracy and contract compliance. • Support internal reporting and forecasting efforts with data-driven insights. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. • 8–10 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or financial oversight. • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. • Minimum 5 years of experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. • Minimum 5 years of experience with JavaScript for workflow customization or integration. • Strong understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational workflows. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with enterprise systems is a plus. • Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
