Job#: 3033283 Job Description: Data Analytics Engineer (Power BI / SQL) Richmond, VA - Hybrid W2 Contract Role Description We are seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to help build and scale a growing analytics environment. This role will focus on developing dashboards and reporting solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-moving environment where you’ll help establish core reporting capabilities. Responsibilities • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions • Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting • Support the development of data models and reporting structures • Help onboard and organize data into the analytics environment • Adapt to evolving business needs and priorities Requirements • Strong experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) • Proficiency in SQL • Experience working directly with business stakeholders • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Experience building or supporting analytics/reporting environments Nice to Have: • Experience with Snowflake • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems • Exposure to data engineering concepts or tools Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
