Business Performance Analyst

Business Performance Analyst Seeking a Business Performance Analyst to review data and dashboards to develop Power BI tracker from extracted data for leadership to make decisions for performance management, work management and process improvement. You will: • Perform analysis using tools such as Excel, Power Query, and Python on complex data models, producing customized reports and insights • Develop new or revises existing data analysis to predict business outcomes, selecting from various complex variables • Develop and use metrics to develop recommendations related to business strategy and operations. Presents findings and recommendations to leaders • Manage small to mid-size projects • Provide Visual management via tools such as Power BI or PowerPoint presentations Pay: $65-70/hour W2 Duration: 12 months Location: San Ramon/Oakland/Dublin, CA (Hybrid – onsite at least once per month, may be more often as needed) Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 4+ years of strong data analytics background/business analysis experience • Power BI expertise – ability to develop Power BI dashboard • Python experience for analytics • Ability to define KPI and track performance • Experience with data visualization, quality and validation • Advanced in Information Analysis, Market Research, Metrics and KPI Tracking, Consulting Skills, Project Management skills, DATA ELT, Python, Power Bi, Power Query, VBA. • Proficient in Operational Monitoring & Analysis, Advocacy and Persuasion, Presentation Skills
