Role description
Business Performance Analyst Duration 9 month contract Pay Range: $75.00/hour - $80.00/hour W2 Location The role is hybrid with a 2-4 month onsite in Fresno for office visits of field site visits Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for Power BI development- designing, developing, and supporting reporting, document management, project management, and methodology tools used by Project Controls Analyst Team.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into operational performance, trends, and efficiency improvements.
Extract and manipulate data from SAP and Business Warehouse systems to support analytics.
Work closely with stakeholders across Project Controls to understand their data analysis needs and deliver comprehensive visualizations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analytics outputs.
Provide training and support to team members on Power BI tools and best practices.
Typical project duties involve developing advanced reporting, Power BI, that is given and provided to leadership, Director to VP Levels, administering document management tools (e.g. SharePoint, MS-TEAMS).
Simplifying the SharePoint resource pages
Participate in the development of analytics strategies and contribute to project planning and management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Qualifications: Proficiency/Required Skills:
Power BI reporting using a variety of data sources including Excel, SAP, Jira SAP, third party apps.
Advanced SharePoint Administration – User permissions, establishing site collections, various features and functionalities
Advanced Excel – such as producing graphs, look-ups, pivot tables, formula development.
Familiarity and understanding of project scheduling applications/tools (e.g, P6, maxavera)- data source
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
5+ years of experience in large Software programs and/or Project experience.
5+ years of Developer or Software Design and support Controller experience
