Role description
Position: Business Performance Analyst Location: Richmond, VA 23219 Duration: 12 months Job ID: 176271 Job Overview: The Business Performance Analyst will support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Center of Excellence by assisting with process documentation, data analysis, project management, and technology-focused improvement initiatives. The role involves working closely with the Product Owner to drive efficiency, standardization, and visibility across Source to Pay (S2P) and other operational processes. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in the office and two days remote, with occasional travel to the Innsbrook campus. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and analytical support for cross-functional improvement projects. • Track project tasks, milestones, risks, and status updates. • Prepare presentation materials, meeting notes, and follow-ups. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and documentation for new or updated systems and tools. • Maintain and update data within SaaS platforms to ensure accurate configuration, reporting, and workflows. • Configure and manage templates, forms, and standardized content within SaaS solutions. • Onboard, train, and support internal stakeholders and external users. • Support execution of change management strategies to drive adoption. • Create training materials, job aids, and knowledge-sharing content. • Document current state business processes and create process maps using tools like Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart. • Gather, clean, and organize data for reporting and analysis. • Develop performance metrics and dashboards while validating data accuracy. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in project leadership, including requirement gathering, coordination, implementation, and task validation. • Experience with statement of work management and vendor best practices. • Proficiency with SaaS tools and implementation. • Strong Excel and data management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams. • Bachelor's degree required. • Preferred experience with large capital projects in a regulated industry, especially utilities. • Nice to have: Prior SAP Fieldglass experience.
