Join a dynamic operations team focused on improving business performance through advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and data visualization. This position will play a key role in developing Power BI reporting solutions, streamlining operational processes, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Utilize Power Automate, AI tools, and automation technologies to improve reporting efficiency and streamline business processes
• Analyze operational, financial, compliance, safety, and sustainability data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
• Support audit preparation, governance activities, and compliance reporting initiatives across business operations
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Fleet, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations leadership
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement through analytics and automation solutions
• Assist in enhancing reporting accuracy, data quality, and business decision-making capabilities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational performance and reporting modernization
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, reporting, or data-driven analytical roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, data visualization, data modeling, and DAX development
• Experience leveraging AI tools, automation technologies, or advanced analytics to improve operational processes and reporting efficiency
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, data analysis, and spreadsheet management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and operational teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred
