Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking a Business Process Automation Specialist to join their team. As a Business Process Automation Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting process improvement and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a passion for developing innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and data visibility across teams. Job Title: Business Process Automation Specialist (ONLY W2) Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: $55-$58 What's the Job? • Design and implement automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business operations. • Build tools such as error tracking dashboards and knowledge assessment tools to automate test distribution and result tracking. • Integrate applications across Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI to centralize data and improve accessibility. • Automate communications and task flows using Power Automate to streamline processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions that meet business needs. What's Needed? • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, dashboard/reporting, and workflow development. • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. • Experience with Excel Macros / VBA scripting and automation. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
