Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking a Business Process Automation Specialist to join their team. As a Business Process Automation Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting process improvement and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a passion for developing innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and data visibility across teams. Job Title: Business Process Automation Specialist (ONLY W2) Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: $55-$58 What's the Job? โ€ข Design and implement automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business operations. โ€ข Build tools such as error tracking dashboards and knowledge assessment tools to automate test distribution and result tracking. โ€ข Integrate applications across Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI to centralize data and improve accessibility. โ€ข Automate communications and task flows using Power Automate to streamline processes. โ€ข Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions that meet business needs. What's Needed? โ€ข Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, dashboard/reporting, and workflow development. โ€ข Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. โ€ข Experience with Excel Macros / VBA scripting and automation. โ€ข Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. โ€ข Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
