Business Report Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Report Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to self-service reporting initiatives and enhance reporting capabilities using Power BI Premium. Responsibilities • Develop and create self-service reporting solutions in Power BI Premium under the guidance of the Strategic Lead. • Train team members to achieve intermediate proficiency in Power BI by the end of Q4 2025. • Support the Strategic Lead in defining a self-service reporting strategy for the upcoming roadmap. • Update and maintain team documentation to ensure clarity and consistency. • Assist in analysis and requirement gathering as reporting tasks evolve. Skills • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Power BI Premium, showcasing proven report and dashboard creation skills. • Strong collaborative mindset, willing to share knowledge and ideas to achieve team objectives. • Ability to onboard quickly and effectively communicate to ensure understanding of tasks. • Proven self-management skills, including the ability to take direction and track responsibilities. Preferred Skills • Experience mentoring and training others, both in one-on-one settings and group sessions. • Familiarity with Azure Databricks and its application in reporting. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality outcomes.
