Position Summary Contractor Remote Work you'll do Position Summary As a Business Solutions Analyst Contractor, you will support the Deloitte project team by analyzing business requirements and helping develop solutions aligned to project objectives. In this role, you will conduct research, gather data, and document business processes, requirements, and workflows to support solution design and delivery. You will also prepare and maintain project materials such as requirements documentation, process maps, user stories, presentations, and reports. This role is well suited for someone with experience supporting business analysis and solution development in a project-based environment. Work You'll Do • The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Business Solutions Analyst Contractor will include: • Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear documentation for project use. • Conduct research and gather data to support development of business solutions. • Document business processes, workflows, requirements, process maps, and user stories. • Support the design and implementation of business solutions aligned to project objectives. • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: • 3+ years of experience in product management, accounts payable operations, enterprise resource planning implementation, finance consulting, or a combination of these areas. • Experience with the accounts payable invoice-to-pay lifecycle, including invoice processing, supplier master data, purchase order and non-purchase order invoice handling, 2-way match, 3-way match, goods receipt / invoice receipt, exception handling, payment runs, and reconciliation. • Experience with United States accounts payable tax processes, including sales and use tax, Form 1099 reporting, withholding, and tax posting within an enterprise resource planning system. • Experience with SAP Finance / Materials Management, SAP Vendor Invoice Management, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle E-Business Suite Payables, or Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning Payables. • Experience translating business rules into structured logic such as decision tables, flowcharts, prompts, or behavioral specifications. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred • Experience with value-added tax, goods and services tax, reverse charge mechanisms, or electronic invoicing mandates in a product or implementation setting. • Experience with accounts payable automation, optical character recognition, intelligent document processing, or invoice matching platforms. • Experience defining product metrics such as extraction accuracy, exception rates, straight-through processing, or cycle-time improvement. • Experience supporting finance workflow products integrated with SAP or Oracle environments. • Experience working with regulated finance processes that require audit trails, controls, or explainability review. • Experience working in a consulting environment or with enterprise clients; Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or tax, finance, SAP, or Oracle credentials preferred. The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $100-$115 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
