Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization in the entertainment industry, is seeking a Senior Airtable Solutions Analyst to support and enhance two major internal product lines related to vendor management and contract lifecycle workflows. This role involves hands-on Airtable configuration, building automations and interfaces, designing integrations with other systems, and ensuring long-term scalability through documentation and sound data architecture.
The ideal candidate brings deep Airtable expertise, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
Key Responsibilities of the right candidate:
• Configure, enhance, and maintain Airtable-based applications supporting vendor management and contract workflows.
• Develop interfaces, automations, formulas, and custom JavaScript scripts within Airtable.
• Design and manage integrations between Airtable and other enterprise systems using APIs, scripting, or middleware.
• Collaborate within a scrum team to identify sprint goals, refine user stories, and align with product owners.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready Airtable solutions.
• Improve existing bases for performance, usability, and long-term maintainability.
• Document configuration decisions, integration patterns, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Support transitions to new systems by defining and documenting future-state requirements.
Basic Qualifications of the right candidate:
• 3–5+ years configuring low-code/no-code platforms, with a strong emphasis on Airtable.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex Airtable solutions in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
• Expertise in Airtable formulas, automations, interfaces, and custom scripting with JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing system integrations (APIs, middleware).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage deliverables effectively.
Preferred Qualifications of the right candidate:
• Experience supporting vendor management or contract lifecycle tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise environments, governance, and compliance practices.
• Background in product configuration, business analysis, or technical consulting.
• Some backend coding or scripting experience (JavaScript preferred).
