Business Specialist

Data Analyst We have an immediate opportunity for a Business/Data Analyst in the Ontario area. This position requires knowledge and experience working with large data sets with multiple data attributes. Duties and Responsibilities • Ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis • Ability to gather, document, analyze and draw conclusions on data information as this position performs detailed analysis on large amounts of contract personnel data to ensure accuracy and identify and clean up discrepancies • Experience supporting the migration of different business areas in the field and Contractor Oversight Programs • Responsible for reviewing and assessing cybersecurity and phishing program data to identify trends and support the Senior leadership team • Responsible for developing strategies that support business needs for efficient and effective use of best practice • Responsible for project documentation which includes definition, conversion, testing, implementation and training • Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities • Must have excellent communication skills as this position collaborates with vendors Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience • Five plus years of experience in the field of analysis • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Excellent customer service skills across multiple mediums (email, TEAMS, phone, in person meetings, etc.) • Experience working with and performing analysis on large data sets with multiple data attributes • Previous experience with managing multiple assignments and excellent time management skills (Analyst, Datasets, Data, Utilities, Cybersecurity, Phishing, Statistic, Trends, Quantitative Analysis)
