Support performance and reporting excellence across Sedgwick’s key divisions as a Business Support Analyst.
Sedgwick International is offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven and analytically minded individual to join as a Business Support Analyst, supporting a key international division – Global Specialty. This international role is central to delivering high-quality operational support and performance insights, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
As a Business Support Analyst, you will be responsible for producing and analysing management information (MI), WIP reporting, and billing processes. Your work will directly influence performance monitoring and target achievement, with daily and weekly revenue reports playing a vital role in identifying areas for improvement and driving billing and time-recording compliance.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy. You’ll use your analytical skills to investigate discrepancies, ensure correct time reporting, and help identify resource gaps across teams. You’ll also be responsible for delivering month-end and year-end reports to stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met and insights are clear and actionable.

What You’ll Have/Be
• Advanced Excel proficiency – confident in using formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation to support reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills – able to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and investigate discrepancies.
• Attention to detail – ensures accuracy in reporting, billing, and time-recording across multiple teams.
• MI and reporting experience – capable of producing high-quality management information to support performance monitoring.
• Deadline-driven mindset – comfortable working under pressure to deliver month-end and year-end reports on time.
• Stakeholder engagement – experienced in liaising with internal and international teams to support business operations.
• Power BI knowledge – familiarity with data visualization tools to enhance reporting insights.
• Business Objects experience – advantageous for generating and managing reports within enterprise systems.
• Process improvement focus – proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance operational workflows.
• Contract and billing support – able to manage client contracts, invoicing, and billing updates across systems like Vanguard and Darwin.
