Job Description:
โข Provide system related activities in support of B2B customers which includes monitoring, coordination, escalation and issue resolution.
โข Work directly with the client, Crop Protection, Seed Applied Solutions Retailers, Distributors and business partners to support and implement B2B solutions.
Overview:
โข This position will be seated on the Campus.
โข Understanding of how to determine business data requirements based on needs across multiple systems that support the B2B program
โข Log issues / requests into the ticketing system, and proactively monitor / update any open items
โข Independently troubleshoot and resolve basic and advanced technical issues over the phone and via email
โข Provide consultation and problem resolution to customers and 3rd party system providers for testing and production issues.
โข Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify action items
โข Organize, facilitate, and report on progress of projects or activities
โข Assist with tracking and organizing tasks to support and accomplish program objectives
โข Provide clear and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders
โข Develop comprehensive documentation
โข Utilize various software systems and technical tools and ability to easily transition between the systems.
โข Assure quality standards are met or exceeded
โข Assist with change management activities
โข Education of stakeholders on new and existing processes, and help promote best practices
Competency & Skill Requirements:
โข Technical experience and knowledge of SAP, APIs, Json, B2B standards etc.
โข Expertise in critical thinking and problem-solving skills
โข Business acumen and general supply chain knowledge
โข Customer focused, self-motivated and ability to take initiative to drive tasks to resolution
โข Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
โข Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strict attention to detail
โข Ability to successfully handle multiple projects and adjust priorities quickly
โข Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
โข Experience in the agriculture industry a plus
