Business Technical Analyst: On behalf of our Supply Chain industry client, Procom is searching for a Business Technical Analyst for a contract role. This position is onsite in our client's offices in Westerville or Toledo Ohio or Novi, Michigan offices. Business Technical Analyst - Job Description: We are hiring a Business Technical Analyst to support global supply chain transformation initiatives. The role involves analyzing and interpreting complex datasets, optimizing business processes, and ensuring effective deployment of ERP and supply chain systems. The analyst will leverage advanced technical skills to drive actionable insights and support decision-making. Business Technical Analyst - Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights.
Organize data using pivot tables to summarize, filter, and categorize information efficiently.
Perform lookups and data matching across multiple sheets.
Prepare reports and present data in a clear, structured format for stakeholders.
Manage SharePoint access and ensure proper security and compliance.
Support communication needs by preparing distribution lists and sending communications.
Business Technical Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related degree.
5 years of experience in business analysis – supply chain deployments.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite and Microsoft 365.
Experience with SharePoint permission management and workflow tools.
Business Technical Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Certifications in business analysis or ERP systems.
Knowledge of BPMN or similar modeling standards.
Experience with E2Open, Oracle SCM, and integration interfaces.
Ability to interpret large datasets for forecasting and inventory optimization.
Experience in writing test cases and supporting SIT/UAT.
