Summary:
The Business/Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the SPM transformation workstream by providing analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement support. This role ensures alignment between business needs, technical delivery, and organizational objectives while driving clarity in a fast-moving environment. The successful candidate is comfortable working across both business and technical domains, producing high-quality deliverables, and enabling effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Β· Partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams to capture, document, and refine requirements.
Β· Translate business needs into actionable insights, backlog items, and reporting outputs.
Β· Analyze and synthesize data related to SPM operations, governance, and performance metrics.
Β· Document business processes, workflows, and gaps; propose solutions to improve efficiency.
Β· Support steering committee and workstream deliverables (e.g., agendas, meeting notes, decision logs, risk scorecards).
Β· Facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Β· Collaborate with SMEs to validate requirements and support implementation readiness.
Qualifications:
Β· 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a hybrid role.
Β· Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
Β· Experience with requirements gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder communications.
Β· Familiarity with transformation initiatives or enterprise-scale technology programs preferred.
Β· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor outputs for executives and SMEs.
Β· Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
Skills:
Β· Knowledge of governance, infrastructure, or operations in Medical Instrumentation Software or related areas.
Β· Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (healthcare, finance, or manufacturing a plus.
Β· Familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
Β· Strong documentation and presentation skills.
