This role ensures alignment between business needs, technical delivery, and organizational objectives while driving clarity in a fast-moving environment. The successful candidate is comfortable working across both business and technical domains, producing high-quality deliverables, and enabling effective decision-making. Key Responsibilities: · Partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams to capture, document, and refine requirements. · Translate business needs into actionable insights, backlog items, and reporting outputs. · Analyze and synthesize data related to SPM operations, governance, and performance metrics. · Document business processes, workflows, and gaps; propose solutions to improve efficiency. · Support steering committee and workstream deliverables (e.g., agendas, meeting notes, decision logs, risk scorecards). · Facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. · Collaborate with SMEs to validate requirements and support implementation readiness. Qualifications: · 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a hybrid role. · Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools. · Experience with requirements gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder communications. · Familiarity with transformation initiatives or enterprise-scale technology programs preferred. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor outputs for executives and SMEs. · Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to operate in ambiguous environments. Skills: · Knowledge of governance, infrastructure, or operations in Medical Instrumentation Software or related areas. · Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (healthcare, finance, or manufacturing a plus. · Familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies. · Strong documentation and presentation skills.
