6 Month Contract + Extensions Onsite - West Palm Beach, FL Business/Data Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in electrical engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Excel, exceptional data analysis skills, and a knack for time management and organizational tools. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, operations) to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions. Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to energy production, distribution, and consumption. Utilize advanced Excel techniques (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. Design and implement data models and analytical frameworks to support strategic decision-making. Use time management and organizational tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello) to manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all analyses and reports. Provide technical support and training to team members on data analysis tools and techniques. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance analytical capabilities.
